Our service is not only in our workshop, but on site, where clients find it impossible to move plant or machinery in the field, we will come to you, do onsite imspection of damage, give you a quotation and we guarantee our workmanship.

Oscillation, buckets, articulation, booms, boom extensions, grabs, H-Frames, Z-frames, final drives, manufacture pins and bearing bushes “65 Rockwell Hardness”, COF’s on trucks and trailers, turning “Turn table 160mm spindle bore”,CO2 Welding, hubs, gearboxes, clutches, drive trains, turntables on graders, rebuild hydraulic cylinders, manufacture brackets, and repair bogies

LINE BORING NEEDS

We have a mobile plant - 3 phase electricity plant and mobile line boring machine to serve our clients at their premises or in the field where the machines normalcy brake down, after line boring housings measurements are taken and bushes, "65 Rockwell" pins and dust seals are manufactured at our workshop we then fit and assemble your equipment to standard factory sizes, this is very important for future repairs or parts.

ENGINE REPAIRS

We have overhauled many engines in the past 30 years, and have a workmanship guarantee on our engines. We will quote on your request.

DESIGN & REBUILD ENGINEERING

In many cases in the past some of our customers had equipment that's outdated, or parts are just simply not available in SA, some parts take up to three months to import, in this case we design, restore, rebuild components back to factory sizes, we manufacture parts we can not buy or order. We don't give up, time is money, any equipment standing is a loss of income we go the extra mile in getting our customers plant up and running as soon as possible.
